I, _______________________________________, the shipper, have been informed by The Moving Company personnel that the item(s) listed below is/are extraordinarily difficult and/or dangerous to move to the location I desire, either because of the likelihood of damage or injury to that/those item(s), to the immediate environment, and/or The Moving Company personnel themselves, and that, owing to this, they have refused to effect the removal of that/those item(s) because they can not accept liability for the same.

Notwithstanding the above, I have personally directed The Moving Company  personnel to attempt such removal with the clear understanding that I, and not The Moving Company and/or its personnel, accept full responsibility for any possible damage to the item(s), damage to the premises and/or injury to The Moving Company personnel, as well as any consequential damage flowing there from notwithstanding any contract or Bill of Lading to the contrary. Furthermore, I hold The Moving Company and its personnel harmless from, and will defend it against any and all claims arising out of the removal of those particular items listed below, including but not limited to claims brought by the owner or management of the premises.
